What is a Hot Sheet?
A Hot Sheet is a page of listings. You can include any IDX listing from your MLS Board. Listings can be added by entering the MLS number or you can use a saved search to automatically add listings to the Hot Sheet. Hot Sheets also allow you to add your own comments to the listings. The best part? Hot Sheets are part of our standard packages! That's right, no extra cost! Unless of course you want us to create them for you and integrate them into your website. |

| What do Hot Sheets Look Like? |
Hot sheets can be integrated into your website's look and feel. Your website banner, navigation and footer sections get wrapped right around the hot sheet and are displayed as though they are just another page of your website! That's right, as with all of our Lead Capture features, no pop-up windows!

You can use the standard search interface or the advanced search interface to define properties that you want to appear on your Hot Sheets. As in the image above, we've selected properties in Eugene Oregon, with 2-plus bedrooms, 1-plus bathrooms, in a price range of $750,000-$2,800,000 that are waterfront properties. Want to show only selected properties? No problem! The last method to select displayed properties is by MLS number, and they don't even have to be your listings! Just enter the MLS number of the property/properties that you wish to display. |

| How can I use Hot Sheets with my website? |
| Here's the versitility of our Lead Capture IDX system and its Hot Sheets feature. With the ability to define unlimited Hot Sheets, you can create links to Hot Sheet pages to fit within your existing content, or you can define a whole navigation system for your website based on hot sheets. |

The image to the right shows an extensive use of Hot Sheets. This client wanted a navigation system that would take clients directly to property listings just by selecting an option from their menu. Each Hot Sheet was defined for a specific sub-division within a specific MLS Area which their MLS Board covers. We took the link for those Hot Sheets and integrated them into the menu.Though our client could have done this themselves, they felt their time was best spent serving their clients. Now that the Hot Sheets are integrated into their website, they can log in to the Administrative Backend at any time and change the criteria for properties to be displayed on their website.
